| The Village Area In the heart of a 9-hole golf course overlooking the Bay of Agay, shaded squares and pleasant gardens with small streets, boutiques and restaurants. Possible to choose a sea view. |

| The Hamlet Area Located between Le Dramont beach and the Estate centre, the Hamlet is the quietest area. The majority of the apartments have a sea view. The houses, placed side by side, have, as well as traditional Mediterranean architecture and style, a private garden giving this neighbourhood its residential character. |

| The Lakeside Area Apartments are located beneath the Hamlet, on the Estate’s outskirts and along the lakeside. The small Provencal-style buildings are located in landscaped surroundings. The village centre can be reached on foot (12 minutes) or on a small train. |
