Villa Martino is the second villa from the beach, it is also very close to the shops (grocery, newsagents, etc.) and not far from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, inside it is cool and very simply furnished, ideal for a family with children or who wants a lazy holiday being extremely close to the beach yet in a villa with a nice garden a covered patio with table and chairs where you can relax and dine capturing the sea air.

Villa Martino has: hall, living-dining room, small kitchen, double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 small wc-bathroom with a shower; also on one end of the villa even with a separate entrance: 1 single bedroom, 1 wc-bathroom with a half bathtub and a shower. The villa also has: colour tv, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, garden and private parking (not easy for wide vehicles).
