| The sensory journey of the Spa Experience will include: | |
| Hamam - This is inspired by the traditional Turkish Hamam and will have special decorative features to delight the eye and add interest whilst your body is swathed in gentle steam. Aromatic oils will diffuse into the atmosphere to help relax and calm the mind. The inclusion of a hand-held shower will allow the bather to cool down without leaving the Hamam. | |
| Garden Crystal Sauna - A hot, dry heat, 80 - 90°C, is a key element in the cycle of hot and cold Biothermal treatments that results in a toning of the skin, a conditioning of the respiratory and circulatory systems and deep relaxation of the mind and body. | |
| Herbal Steam Room - This will be a hotter and more steamy environment than the Hamam and there will be a focus on the use of specific herbs such as Lavender, which aids deep relaxation. | |
| Igloo - Ice walls and fountains, lighting, interior finishes and fragrances add to the drama and visual appeal. Ice crystals will be dispensed into a granite bowl within the room so that you can rub the crushed ice over your body to complete the stimulating experience. | |
| Experience Showers - These will provide different shower experiences through varying the water pressure, water temperature, lighting, fragrance and sound. | |
| Kneipp Foot Baths - An individual and powerful foot massage taken in warm or cold water. | |
| Tepidarium - An area where you will be able to relax in a comfortably warm temperature with very gentle humidity whilst laying on heated, reclining ceramic loungers. This is an ideal way to start or end the sequential bathing experience. | |
| Relaxation Room - The spa at La Cala will offer many choices for relaxation; this particular area will provide a cooler option to the Tepidarium. Both will have wonderful views across the La Cala estate. | |
| Hydrotherapy Pools - The true essence of ‘Spa’ is water and the spa at the La Cala Resort, unlike many so called ‘spas’, will have a number of water-based therapeutic facilities. | |
| Both indoor and connected outdoor hydrotherapy pools will incorporate a variety of water features for relaxation, fun and therapy including air-recliners, neck massage fountains, body jets and a geyser. The outdoor Hydrotherapy Pool will be located on a spacious sundeck with delightful views. | |

Exercise Pool - Here spa guests will be able to relax, swim or join a water exercise class. |

| Rasul -This is a 21st century facility inspired by an ancient Middle Eastern custom of herbal steam and mud bathing. It is a classic cleansing and exfoliation therapy, which is relaxing, beneficial and fun, leaving both the bather and their skin feeling wonderful. The Rasul, which will accommodate a maximum of 4 people is particularly delightful when shared with a partner or with friends. | |
| Dry Float - The Dry Floatation Bath is an individual body-wrap treatment, the ultimate way to relax and unwind, being cocooned and enveloped in a warm waterbed whilst selected products are activated to address your personal skin-care requirements. | |
| Solarium – For those minimal occasions when the sun does not shine we have provided a fast tanning machine. However, we will also offer excellent self-tanning treatments. | |
