General In the centre of the town of Bellagio, this house on three floors enjoys gorgeous views over Lake Como. Built into the rugged hillside it is reached by steps from the road. It wouldn’t be necessary to have a car here as the ferry terminal is nearby for transport to the other towns and villages around the perimeter of the Lake. |

Location The first floor apartment on offer here is well refurbished with antique pieces. It is spacious, light and attractive. Bellagio is a delightful resort on the cusp of the Lake’s two arms. A bustling place, it has every kind of retail store imaginable, restaurants and elegant cafes galore, and just south of the town a scenic route climbs uphill to offer far-reaching vistas. |

Layout On the first floor, entrance is into a hall with a shower room, WC etc. A spacious double-bedded room has en suite shower room and foot balcony overlooking the Lake. One twin-bedded room overlooks the back. A lovely sitting/dining room also has a foot balcony and the small kitchen has cooking hob, microwave oven and fridge. This apartment is not suitable for children. |
